How to contact administrator?

In this tutorial you will be shown how to start a dialogue with the administrator of the website. The tutorial starts at the supplier panel.

1. In the top bar of your Supplier panel, hover your mouse over the tab "Vendors" then click the tab "Message center" from the drop down menu.

   
   

   
   
   

2. You are now at the Message Center. You can talk to the administrators of the website by clicking on the plus sign at the far right.

   
   

   
   
   

3. On the pop-up panel type in your message and click send.

   
   

   
   
   

4. Your message can now be seen in the message center. The website administrator will reply to you as soon as possible.

   
   

   
   
   

5. Clicking on your message will take you to a chat room with the administrator. Here you can see all your messages and the administrators replies to them. You can continue the conversation with the administrator here.
